A case that reflects the construction procedure of sequentially expanding and renovating! Key points of the design will also be introduced!

We would like to introduce a case study of a food factory expansion and renovation project. The objective is to secure the necessary space for the installation of a new production line in the existing factory. The key design point was to enable the expansion plan, including auxiliary rooms, without stopping the operation of the existing line. To achieve this, we reflected a construction procedure in the design that starts with the expansion of the office in the available land space and then proceeds with successive expansions and renovations. A case where a plan was made to sequentially replace the manufacturing rooms after relocating the existing rice cooking room.

We would like to introduce a case study of a food factory expansion and renovation project. The project aims to achieve certification for HACCP methods through modernization, focusing on the expansion and renovation of a factory that provides meals for private businesses. The key point is the creation of a plan that allows for renovation work without stopping the factory's operations. The expansion will include a new cooking building, and after relocating the existing cooking room, the production rooms will be gradually replaced according to the plan. We have implemented zoning based on food safety, including the separation of areas by cleanliness and the elimination of cross-traffic.
